Lingvist Unlimited holiday challenge
-
The competition is over, thank you for participating!
Partake in a 7-day challenge and win the chance to get 2 months of Lingvist Unlimited!
WHO: All free learners
WHAT: As of today, all free learners are switched to Lingvist Unlimited for a week, until June 27th, as part of our Summer holiday campaign. Partake in this challenge and do at least 100 cards daily to enter a draw for 2 months of Lingvist Unlimited.
HOW:- Upvote this post to let us know you are on board
- Study at least 100 cards daily between today and 27/06
- Screenshot your Insights/History/One week chart page and publish it as a comment to this thread on June 27th
- We will randomly pick 3 participants to award 2 months of Lingvist Unlimited each by the end of June.
If you have to skip days, you can still participate in the contest by completing the number of cards you missed the day before on top of the daily goal (e.g. only saw this message on the 22? Not a problem, do 200 cards and hop on).
You can share your intermediate results as well to keep up the competitive spirit.
Ready, steady, go!

Hi @ben,
It's very cool to see that you take it as your goal to finish the repeat stack every single day.
Perhaps you could also share your secrets with other fellow learners - what drives you to come back every day? And also, what's your language learning goal?
-
@kaspar Hi Kaspar,
I've just been doing all the cards in my repeat stack to get it to 0 everyday. So sometimes I'll do 100 cards, sometimes it's much less than that. It all depends on what the algorithm wants to give me

Hey @tina_r,
Thanks for sharing your insights!
1150 words is impressive but there’s still a long road to go. I hope you stick with Lingvist until you’ve learned 5092 words. It’s great to know you take your time to focus on the grammar as well. Repetition is the true key and you are following the rule of that. You’re correct rate percentage is really admirable. Keep up the good work!

@kaspar Hello, it's really nice of you to ask! I am still active using limited access, although not daily and not as much. I've reached 1150 words learnt in French, which I am proud of. At this point however the sentences have become more complex, so I also spend more time reading grammar rules. Here's a screenshot:

Hi @ivan-2,
Happy to hear about you continuing!
The algorithm still gives you words from the Course Focus because you already started to learn words from there. Changing back to the General Course just doesn't give you new words from the Course Focus but still repeats them so you could memorize the ones you already started to learn.

the 7-day challenge
Hi! I'm continuing my exercises with limit access. But it seems to me there is a small error in the algorithm. The program gives me the words that I had learned during the 7-day challenge (it seems like I wasn't be switched back to General course).
